from Seattle or points north

• follow I-5 South
• Take Exit 157 to 900 East, Martin Luther King Jr Way headed east
• follow 900 for about 4 miles, it curves and eventually changes names to SW Sunset Blvd
• When you see a Fred Meyer on your right, prepare to turn Left
• At a major intersection with street lights, Turn Left onto Rainier Ave South (headed North) (Rainier Ave = State Route 167)
• Stay in the Left Lane
• look left and up to see 263 Cascade Crest building at 263 Rainier Ave S
• when traffic allows, turn Left between Midas Muffler and Pizza Hut, then go straight back
• you may park underneath the building or outdoors
• take stairs or elevator to 2nd floor, Suite 200

from Tacoma or using I-5 from the South:

• follow I-5 North bound
• Exit to I-405 North bound (toward Bellevue)
• Exit #2 toward Renton / Rainier Ave South
• The exit branches in two, you want the second part toward Renton Rainier Ave S
• You do NOT want 167 south toward Kent, Auburn
• The ramp circles around and you are now on Rainier Ave into Renton
• Immediately after the intersection with SR 900 (SW Sunset Blvd), TURN LEFT into the parking area between Pizza Hut and Midas Muffler
• look up and you should see the 263 Rainier Ave / Cascade Crest building
• park below or in outdoor parking; take elevator or steps to second floor, Suite 200

from Auburn, Kent area using State Route 167:

• Get onto 167 North bound toward Renton
• Stay on 167 as it becomes Rainier Ave South
• Immediately after the intersection with SR 900 (SW Sunset Blvd), when traffic allows
• TURN LEFT into the parking area between Pizza Hut and Midas Muffler
• look up and you should see the 263 Rainier Ave / Cascade Crest building
• park below or in outdoor parking; take elevator or steps to second floor, Suite 200

from Bellevue / Issaquah / I-90 using I-405 from the North:

• follow I-405 South toward
• take Exit #5 to Park Ave N.
• Merge onto NE Park Dr.
• Follow it as it curves to the right and becomes Logan Ave N.
• Follow Logan for 1 mile-stay Right at Airport Way S
• At light, Turn Left onto Rainier Ave South
• Get into right hand lane and immediately prepare to
• Turn right into short driveway between Pizza Hut and Midas Muffler
• look up and you should see the 263 Rainier Ave / Cascade Crest building
• park below or in outdoor parking; take elevator or steps to second floor, Suite 200

from Sea-Tac Airport / Burien area:

• Follow  I-405 North bound (toward Bellevue)
• Exit #2 toward Renton / Rainier Ave South
• The exit branches in two, you want the second part toward Renton Rainier Ave S
• You do NOT want 167 south toward Kent, Auburn
• The ramp circles around and you are now on Rainier Ave into Renton
