- IF you are a low-income pregnant woman living in Washington, you can apply online for DSHS medical benefits to cover your care, or go to your local Community Service Office or CSO.
- Be sure to tell them that you are pregnant. If you want to get an abortion, tell them, and they will expedite your application.
- Birth control and women's health care Tuesday-Friday and every Saturday morning.
- Teens welcome for all services. Parental involvement not required.

- Free birth control when you sign up for Take Charge. You can sign up at Cedar River Clinics.
- Birth control options: daily pills (oral contraception), patch, vaginal ring, 3-month depo provera shot, 3-year implant, intra-uterine device (IUD), cervical cover, diaphragm, condoms, fertility awareness (natural family planning)
- Purchase birth control pills and refills onsite.
- Plan B Morning After Pill (emergency contraception) to prevent pregnancy after sex - most effective within 24-48 hours.
- Free walk-in pregnancy tests, with results in minutes.
- Unbiased pregnancy options counseling in person or workbook to take home.
- Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infection (STI) for women and their partners, rapid HIV test, annual exam, breast/pelvic exam, pap smear, treatment for yeast condition or urinary tract infection, menopause evaluation.
