CONNECT teen sexual health education program offers young people the information and self-care tools they need to lead healthy lives. CONNECT materials and presentations range from birth control to Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) prevention to sexual decision-making.

The zine delivers important health facts as well as personal stories and perspectives of the young people who developed it. Self-published. Created by teens for teens as a collaborative project with Seattle's YWCA Working Zone.

Sexual Health Presentations and Workshops - Invite our skilled educator to talk to your group or class. We offer free presentations to groups of teens. Contact us via email to schedule a presentation, or mail or fax in a presentation request form in PDF or Word. Presentations include:

  This presentation discusses issues around choosing and using birth control, outlines each birth control method, and shares information about sexually transmitted infections and how to prevent their transmission.
• Pregnancy Options and Abortion Presentation
  This presentation discusses issues around pregnancy decision-making, provides background on abortion rights in the U.S., answers questions about social and emotional issues surrounding abortion and describes the abortion procedure.
• Made to Order Presentation
  Designed specifically for you, focusing on one area of sexuality education or reproductive health, such as healthy relationships, sexual negotiation and consent, body image and anatomy, or geared to the unique needs of a given population such as homeless youth, LGTBQ youth, or women of color.
